Pulse Check: Operating Budget Process
All HCPSS staff are invited to complete brief Pulse Checks and give their take on key system initiatives. These Pulse Checks are part of a new effort to better understand staff experiences, strengthen system processes, and ensure staff voice plays a meaningful role in how decisions are made. All feedback will be reviewed and considered. A summary of the considerations will be provided to all staff who completed the Pulse Check. Complete the first Pulse Check by June 15.
