Tuesday, November 25 Synergy/HCPSS Connect Planned Maintenance - The vendor for Synergy has scheduled a mandatory maintenance window to complete updates on Tuesday, November 25 at 9 p.m. The window will last until all necessary updates have been successfully applied, which is anticipated to be approximately at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, November 26. Users may experience times of no or sluggish response during this maintenance window. Once the work is complete, users may continue to log in as usual.

If you’re reading this, you have made the wise decision to open the very first edition of the HCPSS Staff Scoop newsletter!
This is an opportunity for all staff to receive updates, opportunities, and remain informed and involved in our work in a way that isn’t too stuffy. I’ve lost interest halfway through too many newsletters in my life, so the intent of the Staff Scoop is to share information in an enjoyable way.
The newsletter will grow and evolve. There will be opportunities for feedback and I invite you to reflect on what you might enjoy, ways to improve and information you would like to see included.
