Please be advised that the vendor for the HCPSS phone system has scheduled a maintenance window late this evening.
The work is scheduled to start on Tues., Jan 6 at 11 p.m. and end at 2 a.m. on Wed., Jan. 7. This maintenance is not expected to impact HCPSS phone services.
HCPSS staff will test the system early Wednesday morning, prior to schools opening, to certify that phone lines are working as designed. Staff who have questions or issues with HCPSS phone service should contact Technology Support at techsupport@hcpss.org or 410.313.7004.
