• Sunday, August 3 - Synergy/Hoonuit//HCPSS Connect Planned Maintenance - Planned maintenance has been scheduled for Sunday, August 3 from 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. During this window there may be times users attempting to access the system will be presented with the Edupoint Maintenance message and a login error for Hoonuit. Once the work is complete, users may log in as usual; Synergy will default to the new 2025-2026 school year.
  • Monday, August 4 - Hoonuit Maintenance - Hoonuit will not be accessible on Monday, August 4 from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. During this window the system will not load. Once the work is complete, users may log in as usual; Hoonuit will default to the new 2025-2026 school year.

Review and Update Your Contact Information in Workday

Workday is the official employee system of record for all HCPSS staff. All employees should ensure both their personal and professional contact information is up to date by logging in to Workday and making any necessary edits.

Keeping your personal contact information current ensures that when employees retire or leave the system, they can still review pay stubs, W-2 forms, etc., by using their personal email address.

Central Offices staff please take note that the public CO Staff Directory automatically pulls its information from Workday so it's crucial to have your work contact information correct there.
