The Office of School Administration has established written procedures, Meeting & Staff Appreciation
Guidelines for School Activity Funds.

The Superintendent provided to the board, as an information item, modified implementation procedures to Policy 8030 Graduation Requirements.

This circular contains procedures that are to be used by school-based and central office staff in the event of any building emergency, such as partial or total power outage, lack of water, phone outage (of main phone line), major leaks, etc.

This circular explains procedures that govern political campaign activities and political expression on school property.

There are two evaluations for classified employees.  This circular explains the procedures and timelines for these evaluations.  The first is an evaluation prior to the completion of the probationary period.  The second evaluation is the end-of-year evaluation.

On September 11, 2014, the Superintendent provided to the Board, as an information item, modified implementation procedures to Policy 8020 Grading and Reporting:  High School.   The modifications can be found in section II.A.4 of the procedures.
